By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Account Registration and Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities conducted under your account.
We may suspend or terminate accounts suspected of unauthorized use or security risk.

3. Subscription Plans and Fees

Access to the Service may require payment according to your selected plan.
Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law.
We may change pricing or plans with reasonable notice.

4. License Grant and Acceptable Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for internal business purposes only.

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the Service
Interfere with system security or performance
Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
Use the Service to violate applicable laws or regulations

5. Customer Data and Content

You retain ownership of all data you upload ("Customer Data").
You grant the Company a limited right to process Customer Data solely to provide and support the Service.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to submit Customer Data.

We are not responsible for the accuracy or legality of Customer Data.

6. Service Availability and Modifications

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party products, services, or content.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, trademarks, and documentation, belong exclusively to the Company.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

9. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to protect confidential information disclosed by the other and to use it only to fulfill obligations under these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access immediately:

For violation of these Terms
For non-payment
To comply with legal obligations
To protect the Service or other users

Upon termination, your license ends immediately. We may delete Customer Data subject to backup and legal requirements.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements
Use of the Service is at your sole risk

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business interruption

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you to the Company in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your Customer Data

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
